Download only partial text in email
If you move frequently between a Wi-Fi coverage area or cellular coverage area, or if you're roaming, you
can control how much content in your email messages is downloaded while in a specific area of
coverage. For example, when roaming, you might choose to download just the subject of messages.
While in an area of Wi-Fi coverage, you might choose to download full messages.
1. On the home screen, swipe down from the top of the screen.
2. Tap Settings > Accounts.
3. Tap an account.
4. Tap > .
5. In the Roaming Data Control, the Cellular Data Control, or the Wi-Fi Data Control drop-down
lists, select an option.
If you're in an area of coverage where downloading is restricted, you can choose to download the full
email by tapping
